Essential Hardware:

1) Nintendo Wii Controller

2) Infrared source (Infrared Pen)

3) Blue tooth receiver for computer

Extras:

1) Custom Wii Controller Holster

2) Camera Tripod

Bill of Materials for Camera Stand Mount:

Coming as soon as I have made one! (Should be in the next week...) I will also try to include any drawings or schematics that I make in the process.

Bill of Materials for [LED Pen]:

1 old pen casing

1 infrared LED

1 'momentary' switch i.e. a 'push to make' switch

1 Resistor

1 Power Source (e.g. Watch Battery + Holder)

Choosing a Resistor Value

In order to determine the value of the resistor, use Ohm's law:

Voltage = Current x Resistance

If LED can only take 0.2A of current and the power source is 2AA batteries in a holster (measured to give 3.24V):

3.24V/0.2A = 16.2Ohms

Choose the nearest value of resistor that you have available but it must be greater than or equal to 16.2 Ohms
